Shareholder Conflicts

Sooner or later, every entrepreneur faces a conflict of some kind in his or her company. Disagreements can arise not only with customers or suppliers, but also with family members, partners, fellow-shareholders or other stakeholders. A director may start a new rival business, a family member may question the way you run the business, a shareholder may put his or her stake up for sale or disagree with your expansion plans, your ex-partner may claim shares in your company in the event of a divorce, and so forth.

Conflicts amongst shareholders often have a great impact at operational level. They can paralyse decision-making, with many consequential issues.

Cazimir is convinced that such conflicts are best treated openly and as soon as possible. We always seek to reach an amicable solution and have the necessary skills and experience to guide you in this. The Cazimir team has a number of qualified mediators who can help with alternative conflict settlement - and keep you out of court. If an amicable or mediated solution cannot be found, Cazimir will defend you and your personal and professional needs in legal proceedings.
