Robin is a civil lawyer and focuses on (inter)national estate planning, family property law and civil litigation.
Obtaining his law degree at the University of Antwerp, Robin developed a special interest in family property law. After completing his law studies, Robin completed a Masters after Masters in Notarial studies at the VUB (Vrije Universiteit Brussel) in 2018. Afterwards he studied one more year in Italy (Università degli Studi di Catania)
Robin is a lawyer-trainee at the Brussels Bar. He has been a member of the Cazimir team since 2018.
Robin mainly focuses on estate planning, divorces and the liquidation and partition of estate. All this in both a national and international context.
At the start of each dispute, he always tries to make an analysis of the various options. It is preferable to first check whether an amicable agreement is possible. When it becomes clear that this is not possible, he will use all means to bring a procedure to a successful outcome.
Personal contact with the client is of paramount importance to Robin. Clients can therefore always contact him with their questions or concerns. This can be done via traditional channels or through more modern tools of communication such as video conferencing.
“I find a good connection with Cazimir lawyers because of their extensive specialization in various legal branches. The interaction between advisory matters (estate planning) and litigation (divorces and estates) provides extremely creative and well thought out solutions.”
Robin prefers to spend his free time on his bicycle, both at home and abroad.
